Production Details:

• A deposit is required for the creation of a personal motif.
• The production of your personal code takes up to 7 working days, after which our team will send it to you for approval.
• Once approved and the creation of your personal jewelry begins, the deposit will be deducted from the total price of the piece.
• If the client is not satisfied with the personalized motif, modifications can be made to the design; however, the deposit is non-refundable (brand policy).
• Depending on the complexity of the design and model, the creation of a personalized piece of jewelry with a boutique code may take up to one month.
